*Annual General Meeting – Notice to Members*

Fully paid-up Members are invited to attend the 2024 AGM which will be held on Saturday 10th February 2024at 9.30am . Venue Steventon Village Hall OX13 6RR (prior to our Breed Open Show. Nominations for officers, committee & items for the agenda to be made in writing and must be received by the secretary no later than 26th January 2024. Nominations for officers & committee must be proposed and seconded with confirmation from the nominee stating their willingness to stand.

 

For those unable to attend the AGM a copy of the certified accounts will be available on request 14 days prior to the AGM to fully paid-up members on production of a SAE sent to:  Mrs T Selwood, (Treasurer) 127 Great Spenders, Basildon, Essex SS14 2NP
