*Annual General Meeting – Notice to Members*

Fully paid up members are invited to attend the AGM which will be held on Sunday 6th April 2025 at 2pm in the Halsey room at Worplesdon Memorial Hall, Perry Hill, GU3 3RF

​

Nominations for officers, committee & items for the agenda to be made in writing and must be received by the secretary no later than 22nd March 2025. Nominations for officers & committee must be proposed and seconded with confirmation from the nominee stating their willingness to stand.

​

It is hereby advised that Amanda Orchard & Margaret Nolan will be retiring from the committee.

​

For those unable to attend the AGM a copy of the certified accounts will be available on request 14 days prior to the AGM to fully paid-up members on production of a SAE sent to:
